1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dm2.chat ("the Service"), operated by Udgam Labs LLP ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

dm2.chat is a platform that enables users to receive and respond to paid messages. Users can set their own price for messages, and message senders pay using credits purchased through our platform.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• One person may only maintain one account.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased in Indian Rupees (INR) at a rate of 1 credit = ₹1.
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Credits used to send messages are automatically refunded if the recipient does not reply within 72 hours.
• A 10% platform fee is deducted from earnings when withdrawing.
• Minimum payout amount is ₹100.

5. 72-Hour Reply Guarantee

Recipients have 72 hours to reply to paid messages. If no reply is sent within this timeframe, the credits paid for that message are automatically refunded to the sender's account.

6. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, harassment, or abusive content
• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent or manipulate the platform's features

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Udgam Labs LLP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Udgam Labs LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
