Shipping Policy

1. Digital delivery only

dm2.chat sells digital credits. There is no physical product, no courier, no shipping fee, and no postal address required.

2. How credits are delivered

After Razorpay payment succeeds, credits are added instantly to the signed-in account that made the purchase. Checkout today is India-only UPI.

3. If credits do not appear

If credits do not appear within a few minutes, email support@dm2.chat with your payment or order reference. See Cancellation and Refunds for what happens next.

4. Credits after delivery

• Credits are prepaid access to send paid messages. Not cash, not a wallet, not transferable, not withdrawable by the buyer.
• 1 credit = ₹1. Packs: ₹100, ₹500, ₹2,500, ₹10,000.
• Credits are valid 12 months from the purchase that created them. Oldest unused credits are used first (FIFO).
• Once a purchase has landed (credits on the account), there is no cash refund.
• If the recipient does not reply in 72 hours, the sender gets those credits back. That is a credit return, not a cash refund.
